Description:
Do you have a loved one that needs more physical care? Are you challenged by caring for a loved one? Do you lack practical skills and techniques for caregiving? If you answered yes to any of these questions, Caregiving Boot Camp is for you!

Whether you are new to caregiving or just feel like you need to strengthen your skills, you can develop your caregiving muscles at Caregiving Boot Camp. You will train in a supportive environment with the personal trainers at Home Instead, along with special guest trainers, to get you in tip-top caregiving shape to conquer the challenges that you face. Caregiving Boot Camp is a combination of video, instruction, interaction, practical techniques, hands-on practice, handouts, and take-home resources.
